Terry Huang is a writer and director based in Los Angeles.
He grew up in South Pasadena, which is - apropos of its name - south of Pasadena. He writes film and television scripts and even prose (which is like film and television, only oftentimes more words).
He really dislikes billionaires - like everyone else - but thinks human ingenuity is great, except when it goes too far and can't be undone. Like plastics or social media or the use of Helvetica by hipsters. Maybe Velcro is the only good, unspoiled human invention. Unless there's micro-Velcro in our blood right now. Which there could totally be.
Terry was a writer on Dexter: Original Sin, which was promptly cancelled by Showtime/Paramount/CBS-Viacom/Skydance/Oracle. As they say, that's the biz. He has some film projects lingering in development. As they say, that's the biz. He loves a hobby and picks a new one up every six months or so.
He graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Economics.
